Following the sale of Warnex’s Bioanalytical Services division to Biotrial Research S.A.S. on December 10, 2012, the Corporation ceases to carry on any material active business operations, but will continue to maintain its corporate head office until further notice.

The Company’s shares are currently traded on the NEX under the symbol WNX.H
